International Educational, Training and Exchange Programs

Nowadays ANAU is widely integrated in international scientific-educational, training and exchange programs. The cooperation with the international organizations, leading institutes and scientific centers promotes the exchange of students and lecturers. As the students and lecturers of ANAU visit universities and institutes of other countries, as well as the students and lecturers of foreign universities visit ANAU.

An informative work has been carrying out at the ANAU for the bachelor, master, Ph.D. students and doctorates in the fields of application of life-long learning opportunities, organization of scientific research and scientific-methodical workshops in abroad financed by grant projects of different funds and organizations.

The exchange of students and lecturers has been mainly carried out within the framework of "Erasmus Mundus", "TEMPUS", "JFDP", "NATO" programs, "DAAD", and within cooperation projects with "University of Applied Agricultural Sciences of Weihenstephan"(Germany), Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), Russian State Agrarian University – Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A.Timiryazev (RSAU-MTAA), ICRA and a number of other institutes and organizations.

Within the above mentioned programs more than 200 lecturers and students have trained and studied at the universities of USA, Germany, Sweden, Greece, Italy, Portugal and the like.

The existence of such exchange programs is very important for ANAU with regard to the integration in the international higher academic-educational environments and new improvements.

ONGOING Programs Financed by EC Erasmus Mundus

Action 2 –Partnership for Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan (Lot 6)
Since 2007 within the framework of programs "ERASMUS MUNDUS Action 2 –Partneurship for Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan (Lot 6)" and "ERASMUS MUNDUS External Cooperation Window for Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan" ANAU has been carrying out multilateral academic cooperation with Greece, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria and other countries of the Consortium, as well as exchanges of academics and students(bachelor, master, doctorate, post-doctorate).
